Members and their guests will have to lots of activities to choose from over Labor Day Weekend at The Bryn, including: 9-3: Dinner & Music Poolside; Margarita Mixer at the Tennis Cabana; 9-4: Poolside Dance Party for adult contingent with live entertainment; 9-5: Let the games begin with a new Brynwood tradition: Family Color Wars & Poolside BBQ; 9-6: Family Day & Poolside BBQ with smores at the fire pit.

Who operates the Club?

The Club is managed by Troon Golf.  The General Manager operates the Club on a daily basis.  The General Manager and staff work with Brynwood, Inc. and Members to implement policy set forth in the By-Laws and Rules and Regulations.

How many Members will the Club have?

Determining the right level of Memberships is monitored by the compaction of the golf course as the Membership level grows.

What are the privileges of the Golf Membership?

Each Golf Member will be entitled to use all of the golf, tennis, swimming, fitness and social facilities of the Club.  Golf Members are not charged green fees or court fees for use of the golf facilities and tennis facilities.  Golf Members will have a seven-day advance sign-up privilege for tee times.

What are the privileges of a Sports Membership?

Each Sports Member will be entitled to use all of the tennis, swimming, fitness and social facilities of the Club.  Sports Members are not charged court fees for use of the tennis facilities.  Sports Members must play golf as a guest of a Member and will be charged accordingly. Sports Members will only be entitled to use the golf practice facilities when playing golf rounds.

Is there a dress code?

Yes, there is a dress code at Brynwood Golf & Country Club.  Members should wear clothing governed by good taste and are responsible to make sure that their children and guests are attired in accordance to this rule. Please refer to Club Rules and Regulations for details.

Is there a Food minimum?

Yes. There is a Member minimum levied quarterly or annually, depending on a Member’s election.  If a Member chooses not to utilize the minimum during the applicable time periods, food and beverage still will be charged to the Member’s account.  So, take advantage of the club’s facilities!

Are there assessments?

No.  As a Member of Brynwood you are guaranteed against assessments of any kind for any purpose.

Are Membership offerings fixed?

No, Membership offerings may be changed at any time on a prospective basis.  In addition, special offers are limited in nature.

How do I make purchases at the Club?

In the Grille and Golf Pro Shop Members must sign a Member charge ticket for purchases being charged to their account.

When do I get billed?

The last day of the month is the cut-off for Member’s charges. At the end of each month statements are prepared and emailed to the Member’s designated email address.  Statements are viewable online at any time via the Club’s website.  Members will set up automatic bank draft upon joining the Club. 

Does the Club have any reciprocity with other country clubs?

Yes. As a Member of a Troon Golf managed facility, we are happy to welcome you to our Troon Advantage program.  Troon Advantage is exclusively available for private Club Members and is issued at no charge to Club Members. Troon Advantage provides you access to both Troon Golf daily fee/resort facilities at discounted rates and access and reduced fees at participating private Clubs, where access is typically unavailable to unaccompanied guests.  Access to private Clubs for Troon Advantage Members is open 30 days in advance and is booked through your Head Professional, Clubhouse Manger, or General Manager.  Members will have a complimentary Troon Advantage Card mailed to them immediately. You may charge for the services while at another country club to your account.

If I am a Senior Executive Member can I use the Club on the weekends?

Yes, you can dine in the Grille, attend Club events, use the fitness facility and the pool on the weekends.  You are not permitted play golf, tennis, or use the driving range on the weekends.

What type of club communications will there be?

Most communication at Brynwood will occur electronically via email or on the Club’s website.  There will be, from time to time, flyers posted on the Club’s message boards and on table tents.

May I invite Guests to the Club?

Having your friends enjoy the Club’s fine facilities with you is a wonderful attribute of Membership in the Club.  Therefore, Members are encouraged to invite guests to the Club, subject to reasonable rules and regulations adopted by the Club and upon payment of applicable guest fees and charges established by the Club.

How do I become a Member?

To become a Member of the Club, you must submit to the Club a fully completed and signed Membership Agreement and a check in the amount of the required Membership deposit and/or initiation fee.  In the event your agreement is not acted upon favorably, the Membership deposit will be fully refunded, without interest.
